November 26, 20241 yr Popular Post comment_347025 Got some King Color Core just to try it. It's HDPE sandwiched between different colored outer layers. Comes in a half dozen or so different color combinations. Doen't need any finishing and is safe for the outdoors. Comes in 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 thicknesses. Cuts great. I put a few next to the same items cut in wood - people seemed to prefer the wood. These were for my personal use so i didn't violate any trademark rules. Report

I ordered it online, but most large plastic supply places can get it or handle it. It's more expensive than wood, but there's no waste and when wood finishing time and supplies are factored in, I would say it's comparable. It is rather heavy so shipping has to taken into consideration when ordering. Report
