November 9, 20241 yr I'm working on an experiment and in need of a used, NON- Easy Wood Tools, carbide cutter. Standard surface- not negative rake, round or square.

I'm always asked, at demonstrations, why the EWT carbide cutters are more expensive. Visual proof is more convincing.
November 10, 20241 yr Lew I have tied a comparison of EWT and Hunter side by side on the same piece of wood and there is no way to beat the Hunter. now there may be some uses such as external that it might be reversed. My test was inside a bowl. Edited November 10, 20241 yr by Gerald
