August 20, 20241 yr Popular Post I recently retired from a career that required about 80% travel so there was never anytime for hobbies. Now that I have the time I built myself a small (12 x 24) wood shop to reintroduce myself to woodworking. I started making cutting boards, serving trays etc however turning on the lathe has become an addiction, I especially enjoy making bowls. The idea that a project starts with a trip to the woods instead of the lumberyard is a huge plus. I’m looking forward to learning more and exchanging ideas with everyone. Gordon

I love that serving tray. We do love pictures here. We also love donuts. Speaking of donuts, new guy always brings donuts. Your day is tomorrow. Just drop 'em off in the break room.
