It looks like my fish is about as old as some folks I know. Kinda sorta on the grey side of life.

Yes sir, he does not look like what I was trying to copy. That make me wonder if fish turns a grey color when their days are up in the water????

  The first three are not in any fish pictures for I find it is easier to go it alone rather than try to match something exactly. 

I do have a rainbow of colors I can choose from so I can't put the blame on that..

 The middle picture is what I was trying to match but he looks like he has one foot in the grave already.

See that yellow piece of paper. We went out yesterday and measured an 8 sided opening in a house and this is what I measured then gave the sizes of each side and this is how she put them on the note pad. It is kinda scribbled so I have to make wife a perfect pattern the exact size and shape to fit in that hole so we could go home and she would do her magic with her stained glass. The main measurements are 37 1/2" tall and 22 1/2" wide. The 4 other short lengths are 10 and1/4", 10 and 1/2  and the other short lengths are somewhere  in the 10" to 11 inches.  I am use to carpenters building style especially when they are tired and wants to go home.  Hopefully what I drew up would fit the hole in the wall, I said a few cuss words for an hour or two then we went back out to the house and low and behold,  it fit the hole like we knew what we were doing......

I swear on a stack of Trumps bibles. 

Hey, here is the stained glass for that 8 sided window. Her numbers worked out great. See there I never give her enough, atta girly

 After we took the paper pattern out to the house to see if it fit it was just a hair too wide in one area. We got home I suggested take just a smidgen off of the bottom left side when soldering the glass in.  I think we both were surprised it fit as good as it did without having to take it back home for more resizing...

  We went and celebrated at Dairy King for ice cream cones with the 10 bucks she sold that stained glass window for! glass job
