The Key Notch Cut, saw some images of a tree felled right next to a home, within feet of it, and they used this method, I had to search it out on YouTube to see if I could find it in action. Pretty cool.

    I have seen several also. Every pro I have seen could drop one wherever it needed to go. Personally I have done a  plunge cut but it is dangerous so I would not do it on a standing tree
