January 10, 20242 yr Popular Post comment_327624 I will be doing my first demo at our club Saturday. A little nervous but not too bad. A lot of people have been wanting to see how I make my barrel boxes so that is what I will demo. Report

January 10, 20242 yr Popular Post comment_327643 Congratulations! I'm a firm believer that doing demo benefits the person doing the demo more than anyone else in the room. One of my favorite quotes: “If you would thoroughly know anything, teach it to others." Tryon Edwards Report
January 10, 20242 yr Author Popular Post comment_327657 Thanks everybody. I have one blank. We have plenty of blanks at the club if I need another one. I am going out in the shop today and run through every step in my head and set aside each tool so I can sharpen and pack them in my bag. I am also bringing two finished barrels to pass around and one that is in the flock stage so I can show them that process. Around half of the members don’t know what flock is. We have six women in our club and they are the most excited. When I have brought them in for show and tell the women are the ones with the most interest and all of the questions. I am a little nervous but excited at the same time. Edited January 10, 20242 yr by RustyFN Report
