OH well, think pass for now.

Wouldn't be hard to duplicate using a CNC. In the end grain of some beech. You could even make the knobs/handles on a rotary axis before cutting the patterns in the end grain.

Not sure what the market is for pasta stamps as I've never needed them.

I have a local food technology (Baking Institute). A fellow working/teaching there came to one of the product design classes we taught and had the students design their own pasta after showing them how it is made and how the different types are made.

I looked, but didn't know what I was looking at.

I'm a simple man.

I've eaten a lot of pasta in my life, none of it that I can recall had any designs on it...:D
