Nice Carbide hole saws

Featured Replies

Bought a set of these from Amazon. They are solidly built and cut soft & hard wood surprisingly clean.

I don't plan on using them for metal but for the jigs / fixtures i make and segmented pen blanks.

I have no connection with this source  other than I am a recent customer.

I suspect they will work well on MDF too saving HSS saws.

I would guess by the way they cut wood absolutely ! Real nice tools for the price.

A carbide forstner in that price range is a go for it but just don't use holes like that

One of those things I would normally have snatched up but would still be in it's original package nicely hidden in an unlabeled drawer in my garage.

I try to avoid metal work and can cut any size of hole I want using my CNC or set of paddle bits or assorted Forstner bits or...

;)
