Thank you for the tour. Is all that beautiful woodwork from your shop? I see lots of carving and a few scroll sawn pieces. Very interesting. Tell us more, please.

The top edging is from an old thrown away coffe table I found on side of the road. I used a painting technique I can share to make it look more aged. Pretty sure I made a video of it in case someone asked me about it.The cabinet squares are wall art i found. But the rest is all me and my creativy. The clock worked but wasn't wanted by someone. so I am working on redoing it as well. It still works but it is not real wood nor antique so It did not hurt my feeling to give it a make over. This room is why I was picking all your brains for aid. Thank you all for giving me ideas and helping me figure things out!! I could not have done it without your help.

Beautiful work.  I'd last about 5 minutes before running screaming from the room.  It would be overwhelming (I'm mildly autistic).  :-)

I understand. I usually can't do closed in places. I think it is different because I made it. Also they haven't created smello vision yet. But the herbs hanging in there, along with candles, fireplace and soothing music make it cozy. I am big on textures. A lot of textures, I just can not do. So chairs and stuff are all soft as well. The blanket  on the chair was made by my grandmother's grandmother. All pieced together from what they had and still in good condition.
