My Masuter Pro Locked!

I have tried every bit of advice, but no joy! Software sends the file (visually) but the machine does not move! Alarm 9 appeared, this machine was delivered last Monday.  Right now I am losing the will to live trying to solve this issue. Not been able to do one single carve. Please help if you can.

I have no experience with that CNC or the company that makes its, so take this with that in mind.

Can you jog the spindle around using the keyboard when the CNC controller is connected to the computer?

If you can't jog it, then it is likely there is no data connection between the PC and the CNC controller. You'll need to find a Masuter Pro forum or help line to figure out what Alarm 9 means.

Somewhere between the stepper motors and the PC no signal is getting through.
