Wanted a new stool to park on during craft shows so I built this with some parts from projects past and a swivel bearing. The wood is mesquite.

 

Doesn't look like much but it works so can't complain too much.

It's actually not too bad. I need something this height to sit on as my knees won't let me keep sitting down and getting up from a normal chair all day and my feet won't let me stand all day.

 

And having permanently installed personal padding helps, too! ;)

That's cool Tony. Great design especially using "in-stock" materials. Kinda' retro car shop look. I get the knee, up and down, standing issues.
