Mark 7

The furniture bank just got a Mark 7 donated with a pile of accessories and auxiliary tools.  We're busy moving the shop from one area to another so it will be a while before we can explore, but looking forward to it.

That is cool Keith! The Mark 7, that's the one with electronic speed control isn't it?

Was that from ShopSmith, or a private benefactor? Nice gift, either way.

One of the guys working today said he might be interested in buying it.  Anyone have a good estimate of its value?.  I find Mark V, 510, 520 running from $300 to an unrealistic asking prices of $3000.

Awesome donation.

As for value, I've seen a few (very few) Mark VII's on CL with most add-ons in the $1000-$1800 range. All are usually in the greater Indy area or burbs there-a-bouts.

Keith, is it this one?

For a collector, in excellent condition, it might bring a grand, for a user, not so much.
