Need to seal new fence with water and uv protection. Thompson does not list uv protection but search says it does. . Any ideas for the job?

I used Behr Fence stain a year ago on our redwood dog eared fencing, today it still looks as good as the day I stained it. Sunny So Cal with very hot summers, and sun virtually all year long.

We looked at all the other brands the big box stores sell, Thompson, Glidden, others I can't remember, the problem was that they did not offer the color choice that Behr did, so my wife and I found the color we wanted with Behr, and the UV and water protection looked pretty good, they have two grades of stain, the lower grade offers a 6 years protection and the higher more expensive grade I believe is 12 years, we purchased the lower grade because we don't plan on being in our home longer than a few more years.

This is what I used, we opted for the semi transparent, I used the color "Coffee". I only have a year in, wish I could give you a 6 year report but that'll have to wait. They state the stain protects from water and UV.
