Anybody ever done this or have any tricks with it?

I am doing some angel wings and need to do the outline this way of the lines.

Any thoughts?

A Dremel with the hand piece might offer more control.

I got a Dremel router with the burr bit for it but was looking for a deeper cut on the first pass.

The deeper you go the more the bit will want to pull.  I have never been good at controlling such cuts.

Never used a burr bit.   If you are just looking for a clean outline, you can use a bearing bit or router bushing and a straight bit with a template. Rough shape the outline first with band or jig saw.
