While waiting for the drywall to dry I turned another handle for a bottle opener/ tab top opener. I thought they would merely be kind of a novelty item but everyone I give one loves it. This one is black walnut and bubinga. I used the ceramic finish again. I have figured out how to get high gloss with one coat.

    I just received a quart can so yes I will continue to use it. I am going to use it on the countertop in the laundry room which will be the first large flat work to use it on. I am also going to test the tolerance to UV and the elements. I am taking a sample of teak finished with it and leave it out on deck for a while. If it survives in that environment it would be a great finish for the boat.

    Nice work!  I'll have to look into the ceramic finish, only one coat is amazing.
