December 5, 20223 yr Howdy. I just got a really good deal on a rk7866 belt/disc sander. It is missing the disc table (with the square slot) The official Rockwell site doesn't have any information or manuals. Does anyone know where I can find a parts manual, or a parts supplier for this? Or alternately, a compatible table from a Delta or other brand that would work. I know this Rockwell is made in China, most likely at the same factory as many other brands with the same basic configuration. TIA !
December 5, 20223 yr @bubbakes. Welcome Steve to The Patriot Woodworker. Happy you found us and congrats on the new tool addition to your family. Hopefully this works OK (.pdf below). Found a manual download link here on Lowes website. I'm working from my tablet so if not, I'll try from the desktop. Locating a "used" table or even a new one might be a challenge or just not cost justifiable. Suggestions, search eBay, CL, FB Marketplace, maybe even local pawn shops and flea markets. Good luck and keep us posted. Hope to see you here on a regular basis. Great place to share, learn and just hang out. 48069989.pdf Edited December 5, 20223 yr by Grandpadave52
December 6, 20223 yr Looking at Dave's link there is a Wen that looks almost just like the Rockwell and the table looks to be a perfect match. On second look they are exactly alike. Edited December 6, 20223 yr by Gerald
December 6, 20223 yr Author Thanks! I downloaded the pdf from Lowes. It has a service phone number. Hopefully I can get the table attachment from that.
December 6, 20223 yr Author I've tried calling the number from the manual. It just gets empty air. No ringing. I'll try again tomorrow. If no results tomorrow, then I will look at Wen and other sanders that may have actual customer service.
December 12, 20223 yr The Powertec looks like the Wen which looks like the Rikon which looks like most of the other belt/disc combo sanders. My bet is that they all come from the same factory and have interchangeable parts. 4D
December 13, 20223 yr Author I downloaded the parts for several brands with the same configuration. Interestingly, the part numbers are different, But their assigned place number is the same in the diagrams. ie; work table number 35, work table support arm 33, Im going to order from wen.

January 11, 20233 yr Author The Wen table and bracket came today. It is a perfect fit. The 2 pieces cost about 20 dollars including shipping. However, I need to get 3 metric screws to put the 2 together. Wen wanted over 6 dollars for 3 screws. I can get the right ones at a hardware or automotive store for about 1-2 dollars. I'll have the machine up and running this weekend. Thanks to all who pointed me in the right direction!

Even better, Steve, you returned to update the thread. Now, we need pictures of the first projects coming off this machine for documentation purposes. Required by woodworking law. To celebrate this victory we should have donuts in the breakroom. Let me know when you get them here. I'll send a memo out to the others.
