Had a special request.  But for the time and effort required to just make one, it wasn't feasible for the price it would garner.  So i designed it so it could be cut from 1x12x48 maple finger jointed boards.  Cutting 4 at a time reduced the cost considerably -- since, in this case, there's more time doing the finishing and costs buying the hardware.  Surprisingly, they all sold.  I know there's probably a couple more ways to cut the time and production costs down, which I will look at if (I know I probably will)  I make another batch.
