After about 7-8 years of not using the RAS, the top it’s a bit out of shape. Menards want roughly $35 for 3/4 PB and Around a $100 for 3/4 MDO.. I haven’t bought PB in many years and it was $17-$18 back then…Guess I’ll just have to make that top flat again..

Around here people sometimes post plywood & MDF "cutoffs" for sale on FB marketplace & CraigsLiist.  Often they're 3x3 or larger

If you have a Habitat for Humanity ReStore nearby, you might also check there. Sometimes they (ours) have cut-off pieces of MDO, MDF, PB available.

As you can see it's not much, but enough to irritate me.

 

I'm within  a 32nd or less on 4".I can get by and have to make due at this point.so warped or twisted piece of PB, it will take a bit of time to correct. Like solid wood , it must be corrected slowly , so it wants to versus forced.
