Another problem I'm working on is my Router Crafter.. I have two and converted one into a unit that will router 85". Because the Router Crafter is just a cheap version of a Legacy. Ornamental mill, it needs help. While searching the lumber pile for cherry, I found my 8/4 oak I've been saving for the mantle. One piece at 85" is heavy, two pieces very heavy glued together. I feel when it was designed it was just intended to be a woodworking toy to play with and it's pretty much metal to metal. Considering that thing might spin 500 times this might be a problem. I'm thinking I could align the inside of the barrel it turns on with UHMW tape.
