September 6, 20223 yr Popular Post My wife’s noodle cutting knife is 50+ years old. I made it out of a file. I recently had to remake the handle , but with an addition. She wanted a place for her thumb to sit when she pushes down to cut. As you can see I made one and she loves it. I have never seen a knife like it.
September 6, 20223 yr Author I made it to fit her hand size and the angle cut on the thumb base is her idea. ??
