Grandson time

Long story short. Was watching my grandson and he wanted to build something with the ‘free wood’ he picked up at Woodcrafters on our last excursion. Only having 2hr of sleep in the 36 hrs (thanks to AAirlines but that’s another story) I pulled out the press and small forester bit to start a shelf build. I will clean it up for next visit and stain and glue up. Then a jelly/jelly sandwich to celebrate

Great memories being made. Make  sure you sign & date it somewhere...the shelf, not the jelly/jelly sandwich.:P

I know the feeling. When my grandson was about that age we were burning in the chiminea (sp) and he said some looked too good to burn so he saved them. I embellished them some and he used them as building blocks. Just recently got rid of them and he is 17 next month.
