Well been dancing with a fella on craigslist locally, hes had it up for sale for a month or so, today we consummated the deal, and its in my truck, got quite the deal, hes happy, i'm real happy.  An Excaliber router table, router, lift and wheels, for a a decent sum. And may have met a new wood working buddy locally.

just waiting for a associate to come by and assist me in unloading, just a tad too much for me alone.

i'ma gonna learn how to do pictures once my daughter shows up to assist.

happy hump day

Sounds good. Assuming it's a free standing unit on casters?

That's a doozy. Is that monster PC the 7518 VS? You might consider a constant on foot switch. Saves reaching under the table to hit the switch.

so the new shop task this weekend will be to figure out how to incorporate some sort of storage on board the new machine, the old bench top unit, which has some miles on it, is mounted to a plybase and fastened to a mechanic roll around tool unit, perfect height for me, as i'm sorta tall and bending over just kills my stamina in the shop for long stints. But the drawers offered so much storage for the several hand held trimmers i use, and all the bits, and accessories i've accumulated over the years. And i keep several other full size routers that i just can't seem to send off to a new home, old work horses i've owned for decades, and i'm always worried i may need one one day, anyhows, pretty sure i'm a tool collector too. :o
