Agent Orange claims another life

Featured Replies

Yesterday, our across the street neighbor, a Marine veteran of the Vietnam war, succumbed to a combination of conditions that were diagnosed as resulting from exposure to Agent Orange. He had diabetes, leukemia, and cancer of the prostrate that had spread. Officially, he ultimately died of renal failure.

He was a good husband and, father. I was proud to call him a friend. We'll miss you Charlie.

Please join me in a salute to a fellow soldier and, in a prayer for his family.

“Not many answer the call. You did with pride and professionalism. You helped people for no other reason than that they are human. That’s what we do. We lost some people. It’s not your fault. God needed an angel for his war, and he took the best goddamn one”
