Chisel is a 2" wide Blue Grass brand...Little vise is a Columbian...That be a Marking Knife...The Brace is a Stanley No.8 Fray Brace,,,marked as ORD DEPT USA. That is an un-opened pack of sandpaper. Bevel gauge will need a bit of work... Saturday was a bit skimpy....$3 for 2 items... Both came from Sears....Block plane is by Sargent.....Cleaned it up... That brace still had cosmoline on the thumbscrew's threads, BTW. They were last made back in 1942... Not too bad of a weekend?
May 24, 20223 yr Sweet haul and rescue especially on the #8. Got a couple block planes like that. One is a Dunlap (Sears). Don't remember brand on the other. I have a few Blue Grass Tools; some I bought new. Still remember their big building and sign just as you crossed the Ohio River from Jeffersonville, IN into Louisville, KY. Looks like more tool storage project may be in the works.
