I LOVE the dedicated floor sweep, that is definitely one of the best upgrades I have made so far.

    Oh definitely!!

     

    I appreciate the flexibility of the shopsmith platform and it is an amazing jig for doing a lot of really tricky operations.  That said, there are certain things that it does not excel at.  IMHO table saw operations particularly bevel cuts are best handled on another platform.   If I didn’t have space, I would consider getting rid of the table saw and making do with a shopsmith but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

    It has been a couple of years and the shop is continuing to evolve.
    This is the current iteration and I am sure there will be more as time goes on.
