    That's supposed to be a knucklehead, so I'm guessing a Harley knock off.  I don't paint, but smear and drip if there's a pattern to follow.

    Yes, looking now, makes sense. I've learned everything I know about old Harleys from American Pickers:P

    Regardless your method, you nailed it on the Harley.
