September 22, 20214 yr Popular Post Second table is finished. Used up more of the fir for the frame but the legs were purchased at Restore. Four for $2.00. Used Corian scrap for the top. Now I have somewhere to put my soup while I watch Wheel of Fortune as I eat. There are no mechanical fasteners in leg frames. I glued everything together in a grid. They are quite strong like this. I hot glued wooden angles to the top to mount it with a screw in each one that holds it to the frame work. Edited September 22, 20214 yr by HandyDan
September 22, 20214 yr Popular Post Looks really nice, Dan! Easy cleanup on spilled soup, too. Be my luck, I'd trip on the way from the kitchen and spill it on the carpet.

Stopped in a local cabinet shop with a few pens for bribery purposes and they set me up with some scraps and sink cutouts. The Corian cuts and sands easily. No special tools needed. Cut it to size on the table saw.
