June 7, 20215 yr comment_266808 Daughter's neighbor is getting several hundred feet of fence installed to surround their back yard. Of course, they didn't get it done today because of size. But in case it rained after they left, they covered with a tarp. Hmmm. Spend the rest of its life outdoors, but cannot get a day of rain. (It actually rained for about 15 minutes) (Ok, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and they want to prevent pilferage, but they could have just gotten the forklift to carry another 40 feet around to the back of the house.) June 12, 20215 yr comment_266985 I moved to Tennessee from Florida in ‘82 to go to school. I much prefer the mountains to the beaches. Just don’t move to Nashville. Fastest growing city in the country, someone has put billboards up saying, “ We are full! Go home!” I am happy here though. Report
June 13, 20215 yr Popular Post comment_267036 We moved to AZ almost 50 years ago. We've lived on the Mexican border and, as close to Utah as a non Native American can get and, a few places between. Have thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The desert ain't for everybody but, we love it! Well, except for downtown Phoenix. Report

Jobless rates are high and populations have decreased. As John said, the downsides are many. Report

Umm, yes, because I'm not working in the mills. A few of my friends and relatives stayed around, but not many. Report
