I started looking at the dust collection hose on my bandsaw and thought it was longer than it could be. Solution is to swap position with the drill press . Also hoses and wires on the floor moved to wall mount and compressor moved from behind the saw. All this also created open wall space which allows me to build a small drawer shelf for accessories for the saw.

 

The first two pics are the old arrangement, with the second showing DP and BS better.
