February 24, 20215 yr Popular Post In moving forward on the finishing room I need some curtains. This will be part winter protection as the storm windows are only R1, anything is an improvement. Thankfully here in Georgia we have mostly mild winters so this will be sufficient. For the warmer months these curtains get replaced with some shower curtains I got on closeout. Cost $7. Now I can get rid of the blinds. Bracket on left outer side: Inside of that bracket Middle bracket that supports both rods. A work of engineering to get as close as possible to each other. Right side outer bracket. Curtains doubled up for winter protection. Down to cover the walls and prevent them from being covered in overspray / mess in general. No need to have to come back one day and deal with it if I put this in place now. Retracted to let the natural light in. Curtains are HF moving blankets with grommets installed top and bottom. Cannot beat the price for them.
