I normally hang out in the turners forum but I have a question about cnc machines. I've been looking at the banggood light duty small CNCs. Has there been any discussion about them? I know they are very light duty, cheap Chinese components. I wouldn't even consider one but I've had a banggood laser engraver for a few years and it has done everything I could've expected for a couple hundred bucks. I've also used banggood components on another project and they performed well. My intended use is decorative inlays in 1/4" wood about 3" by 1.5", well within the stated working area. Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions. BTW, the one I'm considering is on sale just now for less than 200 bucks, crazy.
