Decorations to go on wife's new coffee table

Yes I am happy with how the table turned out, dark but I'll forgive redwood trees for being that way!

Well I do want to show something I am also proud of to be sitting on top of the table.

This tea pot was built when I had lots of extra time to spend on the small details. This also is a reminder to get back being that way.

But a tea pot needs other things around it like a platter and some cups and a sugar bowl and things like that, so this sounds like some of the other things I have already started will have to go on the back burner. I do have a platter started for other projects like a spoon, fork and knife to be attached on that platter to hang on the wall but hey, the coffee table is asking me to lay something on it. It says it feels naked without anything sitting on it!IMG_20201219_093156774.jpg.ba346b43e0ddf3bcdc2e54eae5e5e173.jpg

Oh, by the way, the lid does not come off. And the wood is oak which I don't like but its one of out trees and the black pieces are maple..

Makes a great combo with the  table

That is super Jess

Really nice, Jesse.
