About a year ago I bought a piece of acrylic that was meant to be a bottle stopper or a beer tap handle. It laid in plain sight and I couldn't decide how to turn it, what shape, length, etc. I just kept turning it in my mind.

The last few days I started turning it and then would stop and reimagine. It seemed that it would not make a nice ornament. I did finish it today and my wife don't care for it, but my granddaughter does. 

 The pictures are with it turned 45 degrees.

I like this one . Would have been really neat if the stripes went all the way around.

Gees, Ron.  You are always so creative and these are exceptional.  I like the clear.  It looks like something from a store.  Totally awesome.  

 That should look great on the Xmas tree, nice work.

I'll tell you what- that blank made a better ornament than a bottle stopper! Your grandaughter has excellent taste.
