A stern warning

Actually to me only!!

 Long an short story.

Daughter calls and tells mom she is making me another picture book and wants more pictures of the sea shells thingy. She said I usually takes pictures of a project and shows the guys on the Patriot site after I have finished a project.. but she can't find any pictures on line..

So we start looking for it and its no where....oh no!  I say the oh no cause that means I didn't get the pieces glued down  to the backer board then take it in the house.....Which it means with that many pieces to glue together, I will have to take it apart many times so I can put it back together in a very short period of time before the glue set up..

I do remember while practicing before the gluing started there were 4 or 5 pieces that would not slip together both directions. Now this seems no issue to guys who have never did scroll saw puzzles.  Wood will slide together in puzzle form only if the saw blade was exactly straight up and down at all times when sawing the wood....When in a hurry a person will push the wood  sideways while trying to stay on the line with the blade going up and down...This is where that person should stop go gets some coffee then proceed slow enough the keep things operating like they should..

Thinking back there were two things that made me cover the sea shells and do 2 other projects.

Now I find the sea shells and I miss placed 2 very small pieces...Something I have learned to do is look for a missing piece for over a month like I use to do. Now I have found ways to cover the mistakes and go on with other things to do. IMG_20201128_112448319.jpg.de1f61e9364f7632d8141f5041e0c597.jpg

I am going to call those flowers underwater thingies and there is one more right there in the foreground and will use another flower in that gap or something sticking up so folks won't notice...

I will have to know for sure which pieces I can't glue down before the other connecting piece is inserted to each other or else those pieces will not go in to the puzzle.!!

I did lots of research before I added colors to the pieces and the ones I added color to is very potent with poison and will kill a person before they can say s---.    So I think that is why not everyone lives that close to an ocean.

An the stern warning was to me but I can't remember what it was I was going to chew me out about?

And after looking at this picture and if I was to comment on what I see,,,,,,,There are many places I could have done a better job. Many many

So many pieces. I see the spot but only after you have pointed it out. It always just amazes me how you do all these small pieces and still find need for more. But I can say I criticize my own work much like you do. So I guess we can chalk it up to there was only one in the world perfect and accept what we can do.
