November 18, 20205 yr Author Popular Post Thanks Dan. I use a 2 inch Forstner bit to get as much as I can. Then I take the rest out slow with the square carbide turning tool. I have a couple I made from Harbor Freight pry bars. They are long and can reach in very good. They are the two on the left in the tool holder. One is square and one is round.
