November 5, 20205 yr On second thought, I'm not doing outside jobs every day any more. Maybe I'll just wait for my existing set to wear out. I don't know, is Snap-On that expensive? https://www.protoolreviews.com/festool-premium-hand-tools-installation-kit/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=direct_to_consumer_boots_we_actually_recommend_plus_more_news_and_reviews&utm_term=2020-11-04
November 5, 20205 yr Popular Post If used daily and subjected the abuse of impact wrenches and prying, bending etc etc. YES. Plus Snap On truck visits once a week. But for home use. Nah. Price is usually 4x as much. Why invest like that? While I do have Snap On box at home as well as several sets of sockets and such. They are retired from my work box due to upgrades. Newer stuff like some SAE and Metric Allen sockets I bought online from Neiko. They will hold up to home use a long time and were alot cheaper. $7000 worth of sockets in this picture. All for work toolbox. Home toolbox. While I do fix my own vehicles and on a rare occasion a friend's I don't do side work. Edited November 5, 20205 yr by Gunny
