Long time ago..the Ohio National Guard decided I should attend a class....designed for E-6s.....but, since I was just an E-4 at that time......they still sent me anyway.....now, this was before the "ANCO", BNCO" schools....where they pin a ribbon on your chest when done....I went to an Advanced  NCO School ( the Senior NCO School was for E-7s and up)....

 

Anyway after we were done...we were awarded a badge, not a ribbon....guess what I just found, while cleaning things out, for a new furnace...
