September 30, 20205 yr Popular Post Nice work on setting things up so you can see and find them. Like anything else it is a process, and it takes time. You get out of it what you put into it. To have that much raw space to fill full of storage racks and such. Takes me back, say 30 years..... Looks like you have been busy. Even painted them. Next to your miter saw you have two extensions which in the picture you have used a clamp to hold in place. Is this because you take them away when not in use, or a future project you have not worked on yet?

Makes sense, nice work around in the mean time. When you do decide where to put your saw and start your design for that project look at different miter station set ups. Everyone has a different approach, see what you like and add to yours. For mine I utilized that space under those risers and made drawers. Behind the fence itself I put in flip up doors to further squeeze more storage space from what is typically dead, unused space.

You are a bit of a master of reclaiming unused space, Gunny
