I don't think I need to say more of a post than today marks 19 years since the attacks happened.  CNBC Television is live streaming this on Youtube.  I am not sure how long this will be going on but here is the link.

Do you remember, where you were when the first news came in?

I was loading up a survey truck for the day's work at Rick Engineering San Diego when we all heard the reports on the radio from one of the trucks, on the way out to the job we couldn't believe what we were hearing, I was ready to re-enlist, my partner wanted to turn the truck towards New York.

Yea I was actually sitting in my Junior Year HS history class.

I was at work on the Navajo reservation. A coworker was a Captain in the Army National Guard and was sure he'd be called up. To my knowledge, he never was. The Navajo are a very patriotic people. Enlistments soared in the weeks following the attacks.

I had gotten into a Navy duty truck to go from my desk to the base Security office as they had a problem with the application.  As I entered the building, so much shouting and running the halls.  TV's were turned on and I saw the pictures.  That's when I heard the 2 senior men of security to call down the Blue Angels from their weekly practice.
