September 3, 20205 yr I'm trying to figure out just what this thing is. Part of a $2 auction lot. Along with an upside down picture framing vise. I have a good one and no use for a second.
September 3, 20205 yr Popular Post Delta heavy duty shaper fence. The green item to its left I believe is the saw attachment for a Belsaw molder/planer. The orange frame is a shelf for use on an extension ladder. Nice grab for $2.00.
September 4, 20205 yr I agree with Larry but what could it be reused for. How about the base for a homemade carvers vise. Maybe mount one of these on it.

Delta sold the original version as a fence for the Drill Press beginning in 1934. I did not see the drill press fence but did find a shaper fence , no not it but looks similar. Did find something very interesting in using a DP to carve, maybe way before dremel. On the large black piece I wonder if it maybe some sort of attachment for a handle.
