Most definitely a scam and I wouldn't give them any form of credit card info. If I were inclined I'd use something like PayPal to hide all details of payment. But seriously, check and see who these people are. Is there a phone number to call them? Where are they located? ZDo some diligence before giving them anything. Usually to good to be true is exactly that. Not gonna happen.

If you look at the contact info it's a gmail account and about us tells you nothing of who they are or where they are located. Their return policy is the same page as their privacy policy. If this doesn't smell of a scam I have  some nice property with an historic bridge to sell you.....cheap.

If you're worried about ordering it send me your credit card number and I'll order it for you. 

I seen one like that for Dewalt... I bought it and used Paypal. I thought there was no way I could get burned... Well they sent me a little spoon and a fork. Paypal said I got my package and would not honor my claim...

Hard to believe that PayPal left you out in the cold with that order. Something about that claim is fishy!
