Here is another very unusual turning. A guy uses a coconut to make a goblet. Note the saw blade he uses as a cutting tool on the end, while still using it as a saw.

    This guy used a roughing gouge to turn the stem blank round.  Every other part of the video he was scraping.  Turning occurs above the tool rest.  His goblet is beautiful but he has his 60 grit sand paper to thank for that.

    And, he used the end of a hack saw blade to scrape the coconut.  Amazing.  If it is ok, I'll watch from here.

    Amazing what can be accomplished with home-made tools. I inherited several of those re-purposed files from my dad.
