March 20, 20206 yr Author I have a test piece that I used CA with, no accelerator. I will test it tomorrow. I've never used an accelerator before and the most success I've with Ca is on my fingers.

I use the accelerator to quick dry the outer surface when I am gluing say 10-15 pieces up at one time. If you are not planning on turning the next day do without and let the CA cure well. For larger projects I use medium CA and let it cure 3-4 days before turning. Caution on my part, it is probably okay after 1-2 days. Piece of Corian glued with medium CA to the base.
