This may not even be a woodworking tool, but I found it in the desert and want to know what it is and what it is used for. Has a small razor blade slot in the handle and then the heavy metal cylinder end with a point on one side.  I have no idea. Thanks for any help. Or perhaps who to ask, if you have any suggestions. Mike

    It is an emergency respondent's tool.  Used to  break windows and cut seat belts.
