I have an old craftsman jointer model 103.23321,that my father bought new back in the day. I replaced the blades but I guess I didn't tightened the screws enough of the pinch plate was put in wrong,I really don't know!. Does anyone have any photos of their cutting head,also does the slant to up or down against the screws? Thank you.

    Allen, welcome to the forum.  Here is a video that should be helpful.  There are a lot of jointers that use this same method for blade mounting.
