October 21, 20196 yr comment_205996 I'm wondering where most woodturners keep their chuck key. Since I have had no instructions and am self taught, maybe there is a standard place and I just don't know. I have a two pin type chuck and keep the pins magnetically attached in a convenient place. WHERE DO YOU KEEP YOUR KEY? (The push button switches are wireless remote vacuum switches.) Report
October 21, 20196 yr comment_205998 On my old setup, I drilled some holes in the benchtop for the Easy Wood Chuck wrenches (yellow "T" handle) Not sure how I'll handle it when the new lathe gets here. Report
October 22, 20196 yr comment_206000 I attached a strong magnet to the side of my drill presses years ago and will do the same to my lathes and mill next time I go to HF. Every time I go I forget about the magnets but got it wrote on my forehead for the next time I go! Report
