Saw this today.  Not going to make one but thought it was interesting.  Guy is rather long winded but interesting concept.  Bit complicated for me, and never mind the maintenance required.

I agree, and he never really shows all that great of a temperature difference.  A lot of science going on but the one thing it does not do is give me the WOW factor and make me want to give it a try.  A fan and some cool water running through a radiator/ chiller is much easier to make and without all the extra pumps etc. etc.   

It reminds me of a swamp cooler that uses the evaporation of water to cool the air.  If you have high humidity in your area they do not work very good.   I forgot what his outside air temperature was but it seems like it was in the low 70s .    I am not ready to try it either.   Roly

When he solves this to make the below temperature bearable he has a winner in my book.
