This program is primarily for those who served and were injured in combat post 9/11.  Other veterans may apply, but don't hold your breath.  One thing you will need is the capability to scan your DD Form 214 to your computer and then attach it to the application for the toolbox.  Just remember, vet, those of you who served in Korea and Vietnam don't get many benefits.  You are welcome to try and I wish you success.
