Surface planning, bottom cleaning router bits

Didn't want to interfere with the other post, These bits are flat from one side to the other so it doesn't take as many passes to plane a surface. Was made originally for use with the Legacy Ornamental Mill. They will make an unusually smooth surface but depends on the jig that the router rides on. When used on the Ornamental Mill no sanding is required. They go by the numbers 2700 through 2707.IMG_2233.JPG.b4ee047f8488dbdcb6188532ea09b60b.JPG

Most of these bits are Magnate brand. Some showing are 3" wide and some are 5" long  out to the cutting area...2 of the flat surface smoothing bits are kinda in the fore ground.  Both are 1 1/2" wide.. I just hope you are real close to an emergency room if you elect to use a drill press...

I can stick a log with all the bark still on and in just a very few minutes even though my machine is a hand crank model can have a perfectly round piece of wood 6" or so in diameter ready to start cutting designs or what ever...great bits and they save lots of harder labor to end up with the same piece of wood using other tools.
