Well I finally got back into the shop after a 6 week hiatus (2.5 week trip to Alaska plus recovery) and finished the sandpaper rack with room for the ros, my first use of hanging cleats. So what is multiple for ros, roses? Naw that's Roses (flowering bush) not multiple ros. I'm confused now....again. But I also managed to finish the finish on the miter station and get thing (miter saw) back on that so I can use it again. Putting those T-tracks back in the slots after 7 coats is a challenge but goterdone (spellcheck has no idea:)) And then proceeded to draw out the plans for the under table table saw cabinet.  Seems this post is going to be a bit odd for sure. A general cleanup along with waxing the table saw tables and router wing and then going to get started on the cabinet.

Aren't you glad you asked. All this and no meds involved....

I started out yesterday to make an eight sided thing.. I got all the angles cut and glued up with a 5/8" rod in the middle. Then this morning I stained then shot a little lacquer.927842526_2019-06-2904_14_38.jpg.254ec6376e2a486855edee06c9695d96.jpg402990822_2019-07-0101_04_50.jpg.238a175bcf6041cc8b20683e9a008f16.jpg

I like to work with BB. I think I have it planned to be an 88 GA model..... but sometimes I change me little mind before I ever get through building something....

Progress on my jewelry box has been delayed due to a spring failure on my garage door. Have to get that fixed, maybe a new door.

sreilley I made my under the table saw cabinet with 30" long drawers and divided some in the middle so I can store things for the back side of the table saw table when working from that side. Oh but the table saw extension is the only work table in the shop and you might not use yours for that purpose??156857517_drawers30incheslongcanpulloutfromeitherendhandy.jpg.a514cb9477f1bda19f6c556ea8a484e6.jpg

No, my 36" Sawstop has the router table wing on the right side and then the aux table. I also have the Incra LS Positioner and Super Duty Jointer thingy on the table saw. Still working to get that accurate as I installed just before going to Alaska. Not sure where Princess Cruises came up with "Come Back New" but it didn't work this time....great trip though less an unfortunate accident early on (1st port). Anyway mine will be 30" deep, 30" tall (including the 2" wheels) 26" wide. I need to stay away from the router underneath. I'm thinking of a large drawer that will hold the push blocks and safety stuff, another drawer underneath maybe 12" wide to store the blades at an angle (slots) and the side drawer to hold the other Incra stuff that came with the joint fence. I'll have to scan the drawing when I get finished for feedback. Yours look great. I've got a bunch of 28" drawer slides so I'll go with that drawer depth, same as the miter saw station.

Thanks for the post Jesse.

Not much going on today. Dug up some hedge and small trees in yard. Turned My first two eggs and did carving and pyrography on them. Turned out pretty good.

Working on deck project.  Have the Skeleton built and am finally ready for deck boards.  Even got the electrical run in conduit to where it will come up into the wall of a cabinet that will one day be built.

It was dry enough to mow the back yard and then my deceased neighbor's front yard.  Since I had used all the battery power of the lawn mower, I had to use the weed eater for the neighbor yard.  Took a few minutes, but got-her-done.  EKG in the morning, annual doc visit on Wednesday.  Blood pressure after mowing, was 75/45 with a pulse rate of 80.  Tonight, 120/60 with a pulse rate of 60.  I feel good and the yards look good.

Cal, you beat me.  Was going to make the same point.  What would be better to see the process.  :D
